There is no way, once an OS update flashes its hard coded & remains even through factory resets. Only a custom recovery &/or factory software will allow downgrading. When problems arise a full reset is advised then re-download all desired platforms w/correct language. 

You need to wait for the process finished and keep your device connecting the internet. Now have you finished the upgrading? What problem do you have after upgrading?
